Delivery Zones & Fees
• We provide delivery within 45 miles of Orlando, FL, covering Disney resorts, Universal hotels, and nearby vacation rentals.
• Standard delivery fee: $30 per order.
• If you are unsure whether your location qualifies, please contact us before booking.
Delivery Windows
To keep things efficient and match hotel/airbnb schedules, we offer two daily delivery windows:
• Morning Delivery / Pickup: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
• Ideal for families checking out of hotels (by 11 AM) or needing equipment ready for early park visits.
• Evening Delivery / Pickup: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Perfect for guests arriving after check-in (3–4 PM) or needing equipment for the following day.
If you need a delivery outside of these windows, please contact us. Additional fees may apply for special requests.
Hotel & Resort Deliveries
• Please provide the hotel/resort name, reservation name, and room number/unit.
• Some resorts require us to leave items with Bell Services. In those cases, your rental will be ready for pickup at the Bell Desk.
• Guests are responsible for coordinating with hotel staff to retrieve items.
Vacation Rentals / Airbnbs
• Please provide the full street address and any gate or door codes for delivery.
• We require access instructions at the time of booking to ensure a smooth drop-off.
Pickup Policy
• Equipment must be ready for pickup at the same location where it was delivered.
• Please have items packed and available in the lobby/front desk/doorstep at the beginning of your scheduled pickup window.
• Customers are responsible for lost/stolen equipment left unattended.
Terms & Responsibility
• Rental days are charged per calendar day, including pickup and return days.
• Customers are responsible for all rented equipment until it is collected.
• Lost, stolen, or severely damaged items will be charged at full replacement cost.
• Normal wear and tear is expected and not charged.
