How does it work?
1) Browse and book online. 2) We deliver to your door and set up. 3) Enjoy your trip. 4) We pick up after.
What areas do you deliver to?
Disney resorts, Universal, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, Winter Park, and most of greater Orlando. Ask if you’re outside this area.
When are deliveries?
8-11 AM or 6-9 PM, 7 days a week
Is the gear clean and safe?
Yes. Everything is deep-cleaned, sanitized, and safety-checked after each rental using baby-safe products.
Do you install car seats?
For liability reasons, we do not install car seats. We provide manuals and video links to help you install safely.
What if I need gear last minute?
Message us—we often accommodate same-day or next-day bookings.
What if something is damaged or lost?
Normal wear is fine. Significant damage or loss may incur a fee per our Terms & Conditions + Liability Waiver.
Can I cancel?
Full refund if canceled up to 24 hours after booking or 7+ days prior to delivery.
50% refund if canceled 3-6 days prior to delivery.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are non-refundable.
